ARTIST POLICY

If you schedule through my booking form and website the following rules will apply to you.

Deposits

  1. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable (circumstantial to travelers if prior notice is given!)

  2. Deposits will go towards the final price of your piece

Reschedule/cancellation

  1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to discomfort and illness, please let me know 24 hours in advance so I may fill the vacant spot! Under that notice, you are at risk of losing your deposit.

  2. Any rescheduling not due to illness will still need 48 hours notice.

  3. I grant a maximum of 2 reschedules. A new deposit will be required if you wish to proceed with scheduling

  4. Please understand that the non-refundable deposit is in place to protect artists during this time of hardship to prevent cancellations

Late/no show

  1. If you are 30 minutes late without informing the artist/shop, you will be consider a no-show*

  2. If you are 60 or more minutes late with or without notice the artist reserves the right to decline your appointment and your deposit will be nullified*

  3. Special circumstances will be discussed between the artist/client

*Exceptions apply according to appointment length

Design/copyright

  1. I do not send out designs via email, if you would like to see your design beforehand, please send an email to our existing chain and we can set up a consultation.

  2. Minor changes are accepted up until 3 days prior to the appointment. For complete design overhauls including changing subject, adding color, and drastic size/location change (ie, arm to rib, ankle to back…etc. If it’s a flat surface to flat surface it’s okay) please let me know at least a week in advance or you may incur additional fees. (and the appointment might need to be rescheduled if we do not have sufficient time allotted).

  3. If rescheduling due to design occurs, you are responsible for additional material cost as well as a new deposit.

Touch-ups/Cover-ups/Reworks

  1. For cover-ups and reworks, a consultation will be needed to determine cost and if I am the correct artist for you!

  2. I DO NOT take on projects replicating other artists’ works

  3. My personal touch-up policy for your first free one is one year for large pieces and 6 months for small pieces! If you are traveling or unable to make the appointment, please do reach out so I can make a note case by case. In events of personal reschedules and lack of communication I will turn away any projects.

    However!
    I would be more than happy to touch-up your projects for free alongside with a new project if it’s past the initial complimentary period!

  4. Fingers, hands, feet, and below ankle are an extremely high motion area and are very prone to fading or at risk of the tattoo disappearing completely. Fading period is different from person to person depending on how the tattoo is cared for, how the skin takes the ink, and how highly used the area is. 
     
    We do not recommend finger tattoos for these reasons! Although our shop has a free one time touch-up policy, we do not offer a free touch-up for finger/hand (mentioned above) tattoos. 

SHOP POLICY

- Please show up on time!

- Please limit your guests during the appointment! Please discuss in advance with your artist :)

- Food and beverage are allowed to be enjoyed in designated areas!

- If you feel sick or are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms or come in contact with someone who has symptoms, please let us know immediately and do not come to your appointment. We will reschedule your appointment after your self-quarantine is over.

- We accept all the major credit cards as well as cash.

- For healthcare reasons and also to prevent any disease that might affect a growing baby, we can’t tattoo people who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

- Pricing is subject to change according to design, size in inches, details, color preferences, placement on the body, and the artist's rate. Please talk to your artist about the pricing before your session starts.

* Guidelines apply to everyone. If you fail to follow these guidelines, you will be asked to leave our premises, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded.
