FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much does it hurt?

It depends! Each person’s pain tolerance is different, but we will always go at the pace you are comfortable with. It also depends on the type of piece you are getting! A simple line work piece will hurt a lot less than a fully color saturated piece.

Areas near the bone and joints will be more sensitive.

How Old do I need to be to get tattooed?

In the state of New York, you must be at least 18 years of age to get tattooed. No exceptions!

How much does it cost to get tattooed?

The minimum is $200. Final price will be determined by the size, location, design, color, and time of completion of the tattoo.

Do I have to leave a deposit?

Yes, you must leave a deposit before your appointment is confirmed. You will receive instructions on how to make a deposit after we confirm a date. And once you send your deposit, you will get an appointment confirmation!

Can I see the drawing before the appointment?

I do not send out sketches via email or any media for copy-right and protection purposes. On the day of your appointment we will have enough allotted time to go over the sketches and make any minor changes. Any significant changes made on the day of the appointment will incur an additional $50 sketching fee, so please be specific!

If you have a larger piece, we will most likely schedule an in-person consultation.

Do you take Walk-ins?

What if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment?

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give at least a 48 HOURS notice or your deposit will be nullified. To reschedule, a new deposit will be required if you loss your deposit.

When rescheduling an appointment, you must provide an availability within one week since your notice, otherwise your deposit will be considered void.

Cancellations must be given at least 2 weeks before the appointment. The deposit is non-refundable, but you will be able to apply your deposit to a new appointment within a 3 month period.
